Hi, I’m Joshua.

What I Do


Currently, I am the Global Creative Director for the esports apparel company We Are Nations and the pop culture collaboration brand Project:N2. Through my work in this position over the last 10+ years, I have come to wear the hats of a creative director, senior designer, consumer products manager, licensing executive, brand manager, head of production, pattern maker, and head of partnerships.

Beyond the title and under the hats, I am an artist at heart. Fulfilled by crafting ideas into tangible items and making resonating moments for people through creativity, experience, and collaboration.

For the whole of my life, I have been engrossed in art and design. Starting at 5, working at art shows with my parents, selling their prints to earn commissions; all to be spent with zero regret in arcades across the country. Then at 15, working on my first freelance client jobs for local Seattle bands. At 17, I added editing and color-correcting painted fine artwork for print reproduction to my experiences. Meanwhile, outside paid work, I kept on in my personal art and design journey. Taking influence and learning from anywhere and anyone willing to share their knowledge. This all led into a major in design for print media and marketing, with a minor in illustration.

Jumping forward from my youth to the past 2 decades, I have kept moving forward on my creative journey. Bringing products from concept to market for hundreds of clients. From the largest in-person events in gaming and media, such as The International, League of Legends Worlds, Esports World Cup, and Coachella; to crafting everything from on-stage kits to plushies for nearly every major esports team in the last 10 years, including G2, Liquid, PSG, and Vitality. From selecting, negotiating, executing, and continually growing licensing deals with publishers like Capcom, Ubisoft, Riot, Valve, and Dark Horse Comics; to collaborating with visual art legends, the likes of Yoshitaka Amano, Brom, and Neckface. Even touring and designing with music artists like Tiësto, Snoop Dogg, and Ziggy Marley. All the while creating products that resonate and experiences worthy of collecting and remembering.

My goal continues to be to utilize my passion, diverse knowledge, and expertise to bring new products and experiences from concept to the hands and hearts of fans across the world.
